welcome to the APL website

The APL is an association established and run by lawyers specialising in pensions in the UK. It is non-profit making. Its main aims are to promote awareness of the importance of the role of law in the provision of pensions and to operate as a forum for discussion and education amongst pension lawyers.

The Association's members are individuals, not organisations. On this website you will find details of who is eligible for membership, and application forms if you wish to join. Members are reminded of the need to inform us if their contact details change, particularly if they are moving firms, by using the appropriate Application Form.

You will also find information on the publications, conferences and training programmes which the Association provides for members; a diary of events; details of members of the Association’s many committees and local groups; and the APL’s constitution.
