Acts for range of pensions clients, including trustees, employers, members and professional advisers.  Experience includes winding up disputes, claims over surplus, breach of trust, asset‑tracing and rectification actions, construction of scheme documentation issues, applications to the High Court and Pensions Ombudsman claims.  Particular interest in bringing and defending claims against pensions professionals including trustees, actuaries, administrators and lawyers.
